
Pedaling Towards Purpose
On Sunday, January 19th, 2025, Forgotten Not Gone proudly hosted members of the Robert Irvine Foundation Team, joined by a special Marine Corps veteran guest and a distinguished Army veteran guest, for an unforgettable ride. Covering 16.86 miles, the event brought together 17 riders in a display of camaraderie, resilience, and the healing power of outdoor recreation.
With over four hours dedicated to veteran peer support, this ride exemplified Forgotten Not Gone’s mission to combat veteran suicide by creating opportunities for connection, wellness, and growth. Adaptive equipment, including Street Stryders, Lasher Sports hand cycles, FNG Cat Trikes, and tandem trikes, ensured that every participant could engage fully, regardless of physical limitations.

Highlights From the Ride
The ride began on N. Valley Drive, weaving through the picturesque Las Vegas Wash Trail and concluding at the serene Craig Ranch Park. Along the way, riders shared stories of resilience and hope, highlighting the importance of community in overcoming challenges.
One Marine Corps veteran shared,
