On Sunday, January 26, 2025, Forgotten Not Gone rolled out for another Smiles On Sunday #SOS ride, bringing together seven dedicated riders for an energizing 24.08-mile journey. This wasn’t just about distance—it was about connection, resilience, and the power of outdoor recreation to combat veteran suicide.
With 2.75 hours of veteran peer support, this ride reinforced the importance of camaraderie and movement in fostering mental well-being. Using adaptive equipment, including FNG Cat Trikes, Velomobiles, and Street Striders, riders of all abilities came together to push boundaries, share stories, and most importantly—smile.
